Our purpose is to prepare valuation reports, the appraisal of personal and corporate property and the conducting of market studies for various purposes within the real estate sector. Tasa’s organisation is structured around number of central services, where checks and controls take place for all appraisals. We have qualified technical personnel at our disposal for carrying out certain tasks, in addition to suitable and highly developed information systems and a suitable database which provides access to all of the valuations that we perform annually and any related comparable evidence. Our appraisers are connected to the central services through their connection to the Tasa network, which substantially speeds up performance times without renouncing standardized control of each and every valuation process. With regards to the legal requirements that concern valuation companies, the company complies with all the requirements of the regulations established by the Ministry of the Presidency, published on 13 June 1997, which govern a number of requirements, such as those concerning liability insurance, human resources, minimum share capital and technical resources used for the review of appraisals.
