Who are we?

Tasaciones Andaluzas S.A.U is an appraisal company founded in 1988 and certified by the Bank of Spain, with certification number 4,358, in accordance with Royal Decree 775/1997 of 30 May on the legal regime for certification of appraisal services and companies. Our purpose is to prepare valuation reports, the appraisal of personal and corporate property and the conducting of market studies for various purposes within the real estate sector. Tasa has more than 25 years of experience in the sector and is aided by the best professionals in all fields, such as Architects, Engineers and Economists, who are all undergoing continuous professional development. TTasaciones Andaluzas is firmly committed to taking a conservative approach towards appraisal, avoiding market shares that are dependent upon fluctuations within the real estate sector. The company is currently leading the way when it comes to objectivity and seriousness in valuation reports.


A sample of our work

Tasa’s organisation is structured around number of central services, where checks and controls take place for all appraisals. We have qualified technical personnel at our disposal for carrying out certain tasks, in addition to suitable and highly developed information systems and a suitable database which provides access to all of the valuations that we perform annually and any related comparable evidence. Our appraisers are connected to the central services through their connection to the Tasa network, which substantially speeds up performance times without renouncing standardized control of each and every valuation process. With regards to the legal requirements that concern valuation companies, the company complies with all the requirements of the regulations established by the Ministry of the Presidency, published on 13 June 1997, which govern a number of requirements, such as those concerning liability insurance, human resources, minimum share capital and technical resources used for the review of appraisals.
