Administrative and legal purposes

There are many reasons why we may need the valuation of real estate:

Appraisal for legal purposes: in order to draw up legal reports which appraise or inspect real estate in dispute and can be presented and used as defence in the corresponding case

Property subdivision projects: when we are affected by a property subdivision project, it becomes necessary to obtain correct appraisals for all real estate concerned. It is therefore very important to have a correct report for the appraisal of assets and rights comprised within the development unit, site or local development area, always in accordance with the criteria of the basis for action set out by the board or current applicable legislation. The parameters that we take into consideration when compiling appraisal reports are:

  • Possible legal conditions and the technical assessment of compensation.
  • Appraisal of transfers to public administration.
  • Effects on other adjoining areas.
